For those of you that may be new to the program, we understand that you may not know what level your child will best fit in to.  Just follow the instructions below and we'll tell you what we think within 48 hours.

• Age of the Child
• Does your child have a fear of being in the water? (Yes or No)
• Please briefly describe your child's past swimming or aquatic experience
• Please include any other information you feel may be important
